You will not get a concierge. That’s a totally different category. You can ask at the port for that and see what the cost is. All rooms are called “deluxe” so you will get a deluxe verandah no matter what. The “deluxe family” verandahs are larger than deluxe verandahs. I’ve gotten a family one twice when doing GTY

Almost always book GTY, have sailed 17 times. Mostly deluxe... once an accessible verandah, once a family verandah, never concierge upgrade.
