Ryleigh :

And then Jay learned Spanish for her

animeboi18 :

Honestly I hated that they had Manny know Spanish when he was younger then took it away from him because he’s been in America a few years

Exhalted-Outlaw :

"Do you even know how smart I am in Spanish?" Thats the one that does it

@user76396553 :

Yeah that’s kind of how we feel about having to learn to speak Spanish in our own country.

user33920 :

They speak Spanish in Mexico. 🤷

FUR1975 :

Now you know how we feel about hen we have to call customer service

IthinkIvebeenherebefore :

her son doesn't speak Spanish?

AddNameHere :

Valid for her to feel that way. It was not valid for her to try to force Manny to learn Spanish because of it.

TBone. :

She should be thinking in the language not translating as she thinks.

yumcheet0s :

I’d learn for her

Yojan :

Here is where Jay should have started learning Spanish... by the last episode, he really should have been fluent.

RPPOWER1973 :

Even tho Spanish is my first language. I don't translate anything before saying it. It just comes naturally.

AiriDeviant :

Girl same, I struggle so much when I was a kid even now I find myself translating a word in Spanish than to English. Its so frustrating.

MrAyeAyeRon :

This was something my ASL teacher tried to share with us. The notion of having to think in the language and constantly having to translate your thoughts is exhausting.

Casserole :

yall gonna make people go back to cable charging them 110 dollars enough for Hulu live 😂

TC neo :

it's infuriating to not know what she was trying to say because they didn't clear it up here

BKL1974 :

I love her character 🥰

Hapless :

When I first saw her in the film Big Trouble back in 2008 I think? I thought that she was the most gorgeous woman I'd ever seen. I still do honestly. She's absolutely stunning. Also, a good actor to boot. 😁

Christopher sSo :

Preach

Paula :

A lady said she was listening to cassette tapes to learn Spanish. He neighbor suggested she go to an adult learning center that teaches English to Spanish speakers.
