@cbsphiladelphia: Philadelphia police and the FBI have begun the next phase of an investigation into a suspected serial killer at a so-called “house of horrors” in Olney, focusing on the disappearance of several missing women. Authorities are removing parts of the home at 417 Chew Ave. that belonged to Raymond R.C. Horsch and his son, Eugene Horsch, in pursuit of evidence of human remains. It was Eugene Horsch’s arrest in June that shed light on what may have been happening for years in the home's basement.
