Yes! He’s harder to place, foster parents would want more money because of how involved his care would be. Appointments, after appointments, after appointments. I worked for CPS and foster care. The amount of appointments and round the clock care he’d need, no one would foster him. Placements would be few and far between. CPS can’t handle it.

Sadly there are sooo many many more autistic kids nowadays and they have been saying that there is a shortage on autistic centers for kids and adults. There aren't many centers for them, there's a shortage on teachers and employees that work for those centers because no one wants to take it on or they arent getting paid enough to do it. The parents or families themselves are saying they cant even put them in centers because there's no where to take them or find people to help take care of them. Its sooo sooo sad that families can't even get help. The system definitely dont care or want to deal with. Ive seen soo many videos on parents crying for help and can't get any.
