ye so i got them all??wtf btw for those who don't mnow what fo they mean by ritual, it's like doing something that makes you feel calm for example mine js putting some audios kr musoc that i like on the sided like tik tol shorts or youtube ones and then i use those audios to go walking around a circle over and over lasting for hours using my i maginations and delulu to make myslef feel better even if ik it's just delulu and then i feel okay

Guys, the fact that you fit a few of the symptoms from some video on tiktok or do some online test doesn't mean you have the actual disorder or that you are diagnosed, only a doctor can diagnose it for you. I'm so tired of people saying "So I have all four" and stuff😭
