This is exactly what Weber called the paradox of rationalization: attempts to solve suffering using the same worldview that produces it increase suffering by tightening the “iron cage” of self‑reference and this is what your doing... If the mechanism producing suffering is still running, any “solution” generated inside it becomes another output of the same malfunction. You can’t fix suffering from inside the process.

I think I was lucky, I grew up in catholic schools (Mexico) and on my last one the sisters told us we are stewards and not owners of nature. It always baffles me how many Catholics/christians think they own creation

Your comment section is really good for me as someone who wants to speak on more polarizing topics because people really just be hearing what they want hear 😅 when the pope said Harry Potter was a sin my parent IMMEDIATELY got rid of my books. But this? They will absolutely ignore I’m sure of it. 🙃

It baffles me. I don't know how much longer Earth can resist but it's incredibly offensive that we might lose our lives and the planet as a species just because of a majority of people going "that's not real we don't care". Just, what a way for a species to go extinct.
