AT&T has always had a problem with the iPhones… They blame it on Apple, but we all have the same iPhone… I can literally seamlessly transfer my data and eSIM and it doesn’t even take 10 minutes… The fact AT&T charges so much have a phone line and then pull this over and over again. and still asking for people to pay large phone bills is insane to me… With all that money, what are they doing? They’re not making the customer experience any better.

Luckily the carrier update they sent OTA fixed my 17 Pro Max because ever since October my battery has drained like crazy for the reception trying to get strength but not connecting all of the way and giving poor signal

ive worked for verizon 12 years, I have never had a upset customer, it comes down to training and who you work with. ive seen verizon luck up accounts. but i wont hire anyone from at&t
