@toxiccwaste0: Replying to @⋆. ꕤ Rach ˖°⊹ my journey through diagnoses and, actually admitting to myself I was possibly the problem. Longer video, hold down for 2x speed. #narcissist #MentalHealth #narcissism #MentalHealthAwareness #npd
My therapist told me not to go to couples therapy with my NPD ex because her and I both believed he would manipulate the therapist to be in his favor. NPD is so scary.

I remember when I first saw your first video
and I was in a deeply toxic relationship with someone who reminds me so much of you... listening to your stories has really helped me process that relationship. Thanks for being so honest and for your level of accountability

Thanks girl, I'm so tired of the tiktokification of psychological terms, some ppl really need to hear someone who is actually diagnosed to see how different things are and behave from the vague explanations given in tiktok for everybody to project themselves into it

Is it possible for someone to develop false memories as part of their narcissistic victim complex ?

This was such a great answer! And you’re right as long as there is someone to blame it takes longer for someone struggling with npd to make that hard realization.

Genuinely thank you for making these videos. Luckily I have a therapist who is supporting me navigating through managing my current circumstances with someone like this but who is in complete denial about it but this video and a previous one I have watched have been so incredibly validating. Being around this kind of person is extremely destabilising - especially when you know that this kind of disorder likely springs from great suffering. It means I’m constantly having to balance being empathetic and understanding whilst resisting being pulled into an extremely abusive dynamic. You being honest means I no longer have to question if what’s happening is actually happening ❤️❤️❤️

Just quick question. How are you a narcissist with borderline personality disorder? Aren't you either one or the other?

Did you ever have therapists that would pick up on signs that you were harming others and try to get you to confront that?

I want to know how you get out of even wanting to flip the narrative and get therapists to think you’re being abused instead of abusing others…. Like if it’s that deep how do ppl just eventually stop feeling the need to be that way and realize they really do need help. Does it really take like hitting beyond rock bottom for any type of sparks? Is that the only way? From my experience (from others at least) they be like “I don’t like being a hypocrite so now I have to lie and manipulate and abuse more” I’ve never heard “I should probably actually not be that way” before which is what I thought was the problem? And also from what I’ve noticed, more abuse usually comes from more self awareness like it just keeps getting worse and worse. And I’ve seen it get so bad that they’re literally so far out of touch with reality

I’d be curious to know what experiences you had in your childhood and when these symptoms started. I’m a therapist and learned through school that personality disorders typically develop due to a traumatic experience in early childhood

this is my ex- has owned both diagnoses (bpd/npd) but cannot hold it. he still falls back into self-protective delusion. he has definitely improved but so many defenses. idc other than for our daughter. im constantly fearful she is internalizing shame.

@user9081876123884: My ex is probably a narcissist and all he has done since our breakup is PROJECT PROJECT, PROJECT. It’s been a crazy experience (as well as crazy making). I so appreciate your honesty with this. It makes me feel less crazy about the things happening with my EX. Keep up the amazing work on yourself.
