@julianneryderwrites: Sorry Byrnan but I had to do it for the plot 😔 Hiii! I’m Julianne Ryder, a Canadian author of romance and fantasy for adults and young adults repped by Brent Taylor at July First Literary. My upper YA/crossover fantasy romance THE BOG PRINCE, about a necromancer who reanimates the bog body of her kingdom’s long-lost prince, is perfect for fans of: 👑 Lyrically-written YA + crossover fantasy romance in the vein of Rachel Gillig and Rebecca Ross 🖤 Forced proximity, reluctant-allies-to-lovers, a soft but strong FMC who comes into her own power (literally) and a MMC who flirts like he’s from another century (because he is) 💀 Artists like Hozier, Florence + the Machine, Noah Kahan, and folkmore-era Taylor Swift who explore stories of yearning through an eerie, melancholic lens . . . #authorsoftiktok #booktoker #booktokauthor #yafantasybooks #romantasyauthor

Julianne, “a necromancer who reanimates the bog body of her kingdom’s long-lost prince,” immediately got my attention. The forced proximity and reluctant allies-to-lovers setup sounds so good too. Are you currently looking for fresh reader eyes on The Bog Prince?
