I had 6 weeks of training and then sat with someone and listened to calls and the listened to my first ones and helped me through before I was thrown to the wolves. I. COULD. NEVER. in that amount of time.

I would work those training days and quit. The company I worked for 21 plus years they trained us for six months now when new people start is only two weeks make it make sense that’s crazy because we have so much to know with the systems and products

Ttec did that. We did 4 weeks to study for agent licensing. Then started “on job training” Tuesday and started taking calls the following Wednesday. When we complained that we did not know how to work the systems or answer the questions we were getting out managers just said “well every job requires some level of training by doing.” Most of my class quit by that Friday.

I got a new WFH job and I just finished 6 weeks of training and when I say this company is well prepared to train for everything. I quit my last job cause they didn’t train properly and expected you to get after 1 day of training… NOPE!!

Chile people really need to research these companies. I hope she’s looking for another job while she’s in training and quit on that Friday. At least get a few days of pay unless training is not paid lol

I worked for one company that promised us 3 weeks of training they tried to put us on the phone that first week. I resigned 😭 wasn’t even worth the pay either.

I work from home and had 6 weeks of paid, hands on training, and we had a specific "help desk" line made only for new hires, which we could reach out to with any questions we had for our first month of live calls. I am not saying that my company is the best, but I will say they make sure we know what we are doing before we are dealing with live calls.
