@tiffeyconnect: BEYOND SPEAKING ENGLISH. WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN TO COMMUNICATE WELL? You can speak English and still not know how to communicate well. Sounds strange, right? But think about it. Can you explain your ideas clearly? Can you listen before responding? Can you ask good questions? Can you disagree respectfully? Can you adjust how you communicate depending on who you're speaking to? Can you make yourself understood without simply using what is termed "Big English?" That is why, as a Communication Strategist and Voice Coach, I believe we need to go beyond teaching people to simply speak English. We need to develop communicators.
