@mychronicjourney1: I’m positive about my chronic illnesses most of the time & how I can keep hope but I’m struggling! When it feels like your illness has progressed so much in a short space of time how do you deal with it mentally? Any tips or positivity appreciated! 💕 #chronicillnessawareness #chronicillness #fibromyalgia #cfsme #spoonie
It’s even harder when incurable and it’s a life threatening disease I hear progression in my appointments I feel nothing but fear, courage and anger rolled into one .. I don’t know what to think I go into my own shell again and fear nobody understands

don't wallow in it but let yourself feel sad, you don't always have to be positive and allowing yourself to feel the negative emotions sometimes is good for you

sending lots of love x its hard when you have to keep adapting to your new day to day symptoms - keeping a sense of humor i find is the most important part of this never ending journey. without it id be lost

I go back and look at all my happy photos and videos of me making memories on my good days, they get me through my flares, it’s still hard and I always have a cry wondering why this has happened to me as it just doesn’t seem fair, but we’ve got to stay strong and live for the good days, sending hugs 🖤
