I freeze mine all the time. gallon storage bags and line with parchment paper. Put cutlets on parchment and you can layer cutlets in between parchment. perfect to pull out and heat in oven

Wrap individually in wax paper then put into Tupperware or ziplock bags. Heat up in pan or very low microwave setting. Great for cutlet sandwiches or quick chicken parm
