Leg day between everything else on your calendar? Same. 😂 Save this 30-minute dumbbell leg workout for a day when you want to get moving without figuring out what to do. A few things to keep in mind: ✔️ The weights on screen are what I’m lifting for reference NOT what you need to lift. Choose weights that make the last few reps challenging while keeping your form controlled. ✔️ For the single-leg moves, complete the reps on BOTH sides before moving on. ✔️ On the B-stance RDL, keep most of your weight in your front leg. Your back foot is there for support. ✔️ For the sit-to-stand, use a bench/chair height you can control and avoid rocking forward to get up. ✔️ Control your calf raises, lower your heels with control try to limit bouncing. A giant circuit means working through the exercises in sequence, then repeating. BUT it doesn’t mean racing through them. Take breaks when/if you need them! This is a look inside my Movement With Julie weekly dumbbell-only workout plan. The full workouts include sets, reps, warm-ups, cool-downs, and no-bench alternatives, so you have a plan to follow even if your setup looks different than mine. 😉 #legday #legworkout #dumbbellworkout #homeworkout
