I mean I’ve heard my heartbeat in my ear for years and haven’t croaked yet, I’m not too worried about. I’m sure something more obvious will take me out when my time is up. Also some of the conditions in these comments are unrelated to hearing your own heartbeat. You’re a doctor so you obviously know that.
