@arabnews: Palestinian students say they are unable to reach university classes on time due to new checkpoints established by the Israeli army near Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, in the West Bank. "Sometimes I don't make it at all, because the checkpoint takes half an hour to 40 minutes, or even more," one student said.
