i'm a lesbian who hates cheating plots too but— (i know it's still not right) after rewatching the movie for the second time i realized that the whole movie was literally about "soulmates / love at first sight", this idea that soulmates exist even when you're in a perfectly healthy relationship with someone else, the movie is good in depicting the fantasy that "soulmates" really do exist but but bad in how it justified cheating for that reason
