Correct. I love all animals, including spiders. I catch them and put them outside. I saw a brown recluse in my house and immediately knew I had to kill it, though I did not know it was a brown recluse. It was terrifying.

I have one rule for spiders. Dont come in my space. I do not care if they’re off in the corner or like under my stairs where i keep old/extra clothes. I have boundaries and they will learn.

i saw a spider half the size of my hand on my car window today, reached out to tap the glass thinking it was outside and put my hand on the spider and it had hair all over it it was grotesque and i screamed like a little girl for a second

they look evil as fuck and the way they move is SO scary. it gets scarier when you learn sprays for pests/spiders dont even work on them because they dont clean themselves like other spiders do 😭 one of my cats hunts them for sport though so go her

I love how people act so scared about brown recluse, they aren't even aggressive, nor are they actually really medically significant, considering they dry bite alot, and only about 10% of their venomous bites even result in necrosis. they're shy little(big) Fulkerson who prefer to run away

One time I tried to kill one with bug spray and it was just taking it like it was nothing 😭😭 it started like jumping like it was gonna jump on me and I was crying screaming. Those things are scary

In my area people see wolf spiders and think it’s a recluse. Kinda sad cause the wolf spiders are very chill but people kill then on sight.

i love wolf spiders sm they’re so cute. surprisingly i’ve never seen a recluse! i have been bitten by a spider once and had to get the bite lanced which sucked but i still love spiders, it isn’t their fault

My grandparents lived by the jungle in an open house (grandma liked the windows and doors open all the time). I grew up with them all over the house and was taught if you leave them be they’ll ignore you. Didn’t realize how dangerous they were until several years ago 😂

Soooo. I misstook one for a daddy long leg once 😅 let it live in the corner of my room for a week then it bit me in my sleep. Ungrateful lil fucker. Also my slum lord said spiders weren’t an issue…so I didn’t think the devil would be my roommate.
