The govt will let the market, a $5 XRP, to shake out 91% of retail, FUD to shake out 1 to 3% & financial necessity to shakeout 1 to 3% of would-be diamond hands. 1 to 4% of current retail holders will be rich or richer long-term. XRP's price was agreed upon by global bodies over a decade ago. The repricing for XRP is administrative, not dependent upon ETFs, scarcity, utility, replacing SWIFT, etc. The price floor was created by policy agreement.
