Frieda McFadden…she writes every book like she has to tell me all the information right then and there. Example: “Connie went into the store for two bags of Doritos. Something I noticed she did often when she switched her flavors from cool ranch to nacho cheese. Nachos was her favorite when we were kids. She said it reminded her of our family cat, Garfield. An odd coincidence that comes from a sister that is six years younger than me and slightly tone deaf to fashion. Probably because she m*rdered the family cat in the basement five years ago. Fourth wing and the other books 🙄 listened to first book and mostly enjoyed, read the other two and Jesus Christ they’re awful. Why is Caden 6’5 and violet 5’2? That’s 🤢🤢 and violet annoying asf with zero character development. How are there only a few decent characters in the series? And the writing itself is tragic.
