It depends on the state. In WI it does meet the 750w continuous (different than the 1500 w max peak). If you leave it as factory set to 20MPH tips, you’re legal. IF however you jailbreak it, it will no longer be legal. 28mph max is the law here. And ONLY with pedaling assist, no throttle. So check on your states law is what I would say! I own TEO of these and we love them!
