@project.seal.point: Seal Point Park has amazing Bay views, but the hill needs an upgrade from the dreary, dead grass. We’re building a grassroots proposal to bring native flora to Seal Point. The goal is to add color to the park, give native pollinators a home, and get the local community to work together to make it happen. Shoot us a message or email [email protected] to become part of the cause! #projectsealpoint #sealpointpark #sanmateo #fostercity #sfbaytrail
Real locals recognize this place as Ryder park ! Love what you’re doing!🙏🏼

Honestly I totally agree, been my trail my whole life and it’s shines when it gets rain, but other than that could def use some flora to keep it looking great all year round if possible

When were these pictures taken? Cause that hill does go green during the winter/spring time. It’s brown now bc they cut it and the dead stuff stays but as the year goes on, it still insulates the ground for the new grass to grow. Also, did you know that is actually a pile of trash? This place is an old trash site and that mound is man made. Jack rabbits live there and why uproot their home for pretty scenery?
