@my929005: Homemade bread recipe without beating (simple cooking scenario) Cathedrals 500 g wheat flour (approx. 3 and 1/2 cups) 10 g of dried organic yeast (1 sachet) 1 sugar 1 shallow teaspoon of salt 350 ml of warm water 2s olive oil or oil Lighting mode In a large bowl place warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix lightly and let stand for 5-10 minutes until foam forms. Add olive oil and salt. Mix. Add all the flour and mix with a spoon until a moist, sticky dough forms. No need to. Cover the bowl with cloth or plastic and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size. After growing, stir the dough lightly just to remove excess air. Place the dough in a greased form or lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. Let it cool down a little before cutting

Liver cancer is more than a diagnosis. It can become a journey filled with uncertainty, difficult decisions, exhausting treatments, and challenges that many people never see. The liver is one of the body’s most important organs, helping process nutrients, filter substances from the blood, store energy, and perform countless functions that keep us going. When cancer affects the liver, the impact can reach far beyond the tumor itself. One of the hardest challenges? Liver cancer may not cause obvious symptoms in its early stages. When symptoms do appear, they can sometimes look like other health problems. ⚠️ Possible signs can include: • Unexplained weight loss • Loss of appetite • Nausea or vomiting • Feeling full quickly • Abdominal pain or swelling • Fatigue or weakness • Jaundice — yellowing of the skin or eyes • Itching • Easy bruising or bleeding • Fever Risk factors can include chronic hepatitis B or C, cirrhosis, heavy alcohol use, certain inherited conditions, exposure to aflatoxin, smoking, and metabolic liver disease. But having a risk factor doesn’t mean someone will develop liver cancer — and some people develop it without an obvious risk factor. Treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all. Depending on the individual, doctors may consider surgery, liver transplantation, ablation, embolization, radiation, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy, or combinations of treatments. And behind every diagnosis is a person. A person with fears. A family trying to understand. A caregiver trying to stay strong. A patient facing appointments, scans, procedures, side effects, and uncertainty. 💚 Awareness matters. Early detection matters. Support matters. Know your risk factors. Pay attention to changes in your body. Talk with your healthcare provider about concerns and appropriate screening or monitoring. And if someone you love is facing liver cancer, remember: they don’t need you to have all the answers. Sometimes they simply need you to stay beside them. For every patient. For every family. For every caregiver. For every person fighting behind the scenes. Keep learning. Keep advocating. Keep supporting. Keep hoping. 💚 #LiverCancerAwareness #LiverCancer #CancerAwareness #EarlyDetection #CancerSupport
