We sleep in different bedrooms with visitation privileges. I can’t lay still and I’m up 4 times a night. He snores. I think this comes with age and respecting each other and what each person needs.

Guess I’m the odd man out🤷♂️… my wife and I can’t sleep without the other. I’m not saying full cuddles all night, but literally some part of us is touching the other. A hand, a foot etc, she’s my anchor with that I don’t have any grounding

My husband and I use the Scandinavian sleep method and a king size bed and it has reduced a lot of arguments. We also sleep in separate rooms when one of us is sick and we’ve both admitted we kinda like having our own rooms 🤣 keep in mind we are each other absolute best friends and love each other to the end. But fighting over someone coughing or hogging blankets isn’t worth it.

13 years and we do not cuddle. Once in awhile when he comes to bed I’ll hug him and roll back over though. The other night I apparently rubbed his face for 5 min, pushed it away and rolled over though lol. Idk I just be doin shit in my sleep.

started sleeping in the guest room Feb of 25 because I had shoulder surgery and needed space and lots of pillows...I'm still in the guest room to sleep because we sleep better apart. my husband snores terribly and gets up throughout the night...I get much better sleep in a different room. It's just for sleep...21+years together and this is how we sleep now🤣
