I remember my chest feeling so heavy like an elephant was sitting on it when we split up. I would wake up needing to throw up and it’s like I wanted to take my skin off and thought the feeling would never pass. It’s been 7 months and it all went away, I look at him like a long lost friend that I don’t want to reconnect with. I replay memories of us and my life with him and it doesn’t make my heart drop instead I feel nothing but like nostalgia. I swear guys it does pass all within time🙃
