Was due October 8 and have 0 signs 😭😭😭 not dilated and no contractions. My induction is scheduled for the 15th but I’m praying he comes naturally before 🤞🏽✨

I’m 40 weeks today not dilated at all and my doctor told me I can be induced Friday. I’m just sad. I wanted it to happen naturally and it still can I know but like I feel so sad idk

I slept through my water breaking and full back contractions.. by the time I got to the hospital and was able to get the epidural I was almost 9cm😭😭

this is not talked abt enough! im 5 days over my due date and genuinely have not felt this depressed my entire pregnancy. my body is completely over it and exhausted especially repeating the same things every day to induce labor and getting no where. then I feel guilty for wanting it to be over bc ik I'll miss the chapter of growing my baby girl and it's just such a bittersweet time those last few days/weeks waiting to give birth. all you hear is everyone's opinions on what you should be doing and telling you "don't rush it the baby will come when it's ready" but no one actually thinks about the emotional side of the experience 😕

Right there with you girl. Currently 40 + 1 with no sign of him coming naturally :/ induction scheduled for this Saturday and that adds a whole other layer of anxiety

So real. And everyone around saying to you “when someone I know was pregnant they did ____ and it worked they were into labor the next day! Try that!” as if I haven’t already tried every single thing

I have really conflicting feelings and thoughts on this! My first was born at 29 weeks and we went through SO much in the nicu. I prayed and prayed for a full term healthy pregnancy and here I am at 41 weeks pregnant knowing that my body isn’t the safest place for her anymore. It’s such a weird experience because I would’ve given anything to keep my 29 weekers in longer and now I’m praying for delivery to come this time. I think the whole experience is stressful and we just want our babies safe and healthy 🫶🏼

I’ve been sobbing everyday. I already had my first kid by this time last pregnancy, I’m 40w 4d and just worried about the baby’s health, why my body feels like it’s failing me. Literally everyone due around me has their baby already. So tired, so much body pain, so anxious.

Been following your content for our entire pregnancy, we have the same due date! The mental and physical exhaustion towards the end is indescribable! Try to hang in there, (easier said than done), when you hold him for the first time the past 9 months will be all worth it💙

Hang in there! I’ve gone over with 3 of my 4 - at 42 weeks, 40+6, and 41+6. My second came ON her due date and I really didn’t believe it was happening 😅❤️they can’t stay in there forever but I know that last little bit is so hard. You aren’t alone! ❤️

Nobody talks about how you want to attempt a vbac, when your first baby was breeched but your second one isn’t. However your body won’t dilate on its own and you can’t be induced 😭 I’m only 38 weeks an 6 days but I had a traumatic c section with my first and just don’t want to deal with that mentally again.

Mentally i could not do it. I m so anxious and typically am not an anxious person. I m due in 2 days but showing no signs of labor, I scheduled an induction. I wanted to do natural but I literally cannot fathom potentially being pregnant for 2 more weeks
