I honestly hate having eczema I get it around my mouth and under my nose. I use Oat meal moisture to help me and it prevents me getting flare ups. If I don’t use it for a day it comes back and it’s torture 🥺

I have been using this cream for about 3 years now it’s not harsh from what I used to get prescribed (triamcinolone). & Don’t use any fragrance products on your skin. Keep your skin cooled, heat can usually cause flare ups. 🙂
