@cassie_mccarthy_therapy: What is CPTSD disorder? A lot of the women who ask me that have already been in therapy, and it didn't help. Somewhere along the way, a therapist told them, "This isn't PTSD, it's complex PTSD, and you need a special therapy for that." So they kept looking for a different kind of help.
