@alexandra_unknown7: 🍂 If you feed stray or feral cats outside, save this for the colder months! 🐈‍⬛❄️ When the temperature starts dropping, outdoor cats can benefit from extra food and fresh water because they use more energy staying comfortable in the cold. 🤎 This is what I make for Toothless: plain boiled chicken breast mixed with his regular dry cat food. 🍗🐾 And don’t throw away the water from boiling the chicken! 👀 I save it and use a little over his food as a homemade chicken broth. It’s literally just chicken + water — NO salt, seasoning, onion, garlic, or anything else. ⚠️ Onion and garlic can be toxic to cats, so they should never be added. Giving the food warm (not hot) can also make it smell more appetizing, and adding some plain chicken water gives extra moisture to a meal — especially helpful when a cat mainly eats dry food. 🥹🤎 This is just one simple way I like to give my outdoor babies a little extra nutrition and comfort when the weather starts getting cold. 🍂🐈‍⬛ #fyp #catsoftiktok #rescueanimals #catmom #funny
