It’s hard to describe but I’ll give it a whack: at first it’s that giddiness of Christmas when you’re young: you wanna be around them all the time and looking at them makes you smile, heck even thinking about them makes you smile. For me I wanted to know everything about them even the insignificant stuff. Then it evolves and can become physical and it’s just a new aspect that you want to explore every bit of them, enough that you wonder if there is any really stopping except for food and drink. Eventually it turns into something more subtle as both of those don’t necessarily vanish but become a lot more muted as life comes back into focus. For me again me and him just enjoyed spending time together, his very presence like a Xanax. He was and is like a fast charger for my depleted battery of every day life. Legitimately all I need is his hand on my back or him in my arms and I can physically feel more stress melt. We still are like that for each other. But now we also have some challenges here and there as communication mis arranges come up- which is totally fine we just check in and see what we both were actually meaning- letting each other full finish and explain what they mean. And honestly nothing makes me happier than hearing what he’s thinking or trying to say as I actually feel like I’m understanding what he’s trying to mean without me just assuming. He makes me want to plan for the future with him, and work towards it. So that’s what it’s like for me sorry if it’s long winded
