Dude I keep commenting on the Mayor of San Salvador’s page. They need to pass a law. First offense 1 month in jail. During day you pick up trash. At night you sleep in a mattress free bed. 2nd offense 2 months in jail and so on. It’s a huge problem. It’s clogging the sewers and causing floods.

Been dealing with this for years when I visit my family. Even at home they just throw it anywhere. Ridiculous! Now when I go they better put it in a trash can. If no they will hear me. I even have boxes for them in every corner at the house.
