I stopped arguing. I stopped cooking cuz he said it’s chaos when he gets home. I stopped talking- it’s always my fault anyways. I’m leaving. Hasn’t even been a year and that says something. It took me 13 years to get to this point with my ex husband. Won’t do it again. I get told I’m gaining weight when in fact I’ve lost 7 pounds- he found them times three. And blames me for his weight gain- idk maybe stop being the InSinkerater around anything edible…. And stop eating food I buy just for myself cuz I have an autoimmune disease. Not even sorry.

and when I finally went silent, blocked him on everything, walked away I was wrong according to him amd he just didn't understand the problem .... problem was he listened to respond and call me crazy he didn't listen to fix it and grow. leaving was the best thing ever
