The BBB is useless, file a complaint with your states attorney general. They have legal authority to get things done and companies will fall in line really fast.

Oh no 😬 I managed about 600 homes in Las Vegas. We do it all flooring , plumbing remodel kitchens and so much more.. we have Off grid luxury home and Arizona on a 5 acre lot.. sorry you went through that experience..

They have limited social media presence for a “brand” so that would be my first sign I would have looked at. Does this cause for small claims court? If so, go after them.

Go to the News and have them investigate it. That’s what we do here when we don’t get no response from somebody that we purchased something from we have a channel 30 TV IC or whatever it’s it’s NBC and they have a group of people that investigate for you and they get response for you
