Hell nah its not beating any of them overall. Hemlock literally holds USS9's TTK but with AR stats to actually make use of its range instead of getting flinched to death like USS9 does and posses better wallbang, bigger mag better flinch and better strafe, USS is too unstable to compete with Hemlock. FSS purely outclasses USS9 in close range and has higher mobility but both are mid or lowk unviable in longer ranges due to flinch once a gun with 1.3 bullet impact at least or high fire rate guns comes to play. Static is literally better in consistency and mobility and aim assist boost than USS9 as an actual main SMG with better consistency than USS as Static can shoot anywhere to the body and its still a 4 tap, USS overall is not meant as a pure SMG and lacks consistency or mobility to fight Static. Static also loses to BAL purely cuz of flinch and where BAL has better mobility as well. Meaning BAL can easily take out USS at range cuz of how bad the flinch USS9 has.
