@thecommanderjordan: How’d you feel about the finale? I can’t wait to see what his suit looks like! #lanterns #greenlantern #johnstewart #haljordan #dccomics

Elshinybudew :

The lantern oath can be anything so long as the ring user believes in what they are saying.

Kingtrey :

Me hearing this absolute banger

Happy Jet :

“This lanterns light”

✝️Deacon✝️ :

Hor take: this oath is mid at best

FateItself :

James Gunn really just had to slap every OG fan in the face, huh?

Ilijah Pace :

It was good. He never like the oath he thought it was corny. And people saying so much about the oath but you don’t need to say the oath. And until hal made it up they didn’t even have an oath. Plenty of lanterns made their own oath about at being a lantern means to them. And he’s not an official lantern why would he use their oath.

Kenzymode :

“Embrace my fear ? “ 😅

Panda :

The only way they come back from this is if next season is him learning what it really means to be a lantern and him saying the og oath after understanding it

★tristanmogs★ :

“In Brightest Day In Darkest Night I’ll embrace my fear… I’ll do what’s right I choose this ring, I choose this fight… In service to this lanterns light.”

Jpmoney :

POV the gardens listen to this new Oath and making it a back up oath

Cent Productions :

just imagine him saying this oath when he's almost losing to a villain

dylanoesoe :

John’s suit in Man of Tomorrow:

evil hi :

someone pls make it 100

user57530825940841 :

At first I was disappointed. I wanted the common oath. But the fact that other lanterns have had their own oath. Now I hear it and everytime I hear it I like it more. Trailblazer.

Ghost :

Why was he whispering

campbelllyndon15 :

Bro was cooking

Captain America :

@Captain America: In brightest day, in darkness night , I’ll embrace my fear, I’ll do what’s right , i Choose this ring , I choose this fight, in service to this lanterns light, let all those who worship evil’s might beware my power, John Stewart’s light!

bizzaro1979 :

I watched every single episode and tried to love the series as a whole. There were some high points. There were some you know great points casting is phenomenal acting phenomenal. Overall I am so disappointed in the direction they took overall did not like it.

hereHD :

John:

monkeysocks10 :

Everyone’s gonna pretend this new oath isnt garbage because John is black. This shit was actually trash, and while John is the goat in the comics and animated shows, this version is trash so far.

Panchooo :

What a buns oath to match a buns season(and most likely series) finale. I was a huge defender of Lanterns especially from the snyderdorks but mannnnn the ending was terrible
