Hi - to get 100g you should use 1:5:5 aka 10g Starter + 50g water + 50g flour. That will give you 110g, so you will still have starter left over to feed and start all over again. 🤙

I barely measure when I make sourdough starter, but when I’m making the bread I measure to the dot feeding her I just give her some water some flour and that’s it let her rise !
