Grilled Steak Fajita Tacos 🥩🌮🔥 I could eat these every single day! They’re easy to make, packed with simple, fresh ingredients and loaded with incredible flavor — You definitely gotta give these a try! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (4 servings) - 2 16-18 oz ribeyes (~1.25 in thick) - 1 sliced yellow bell pepper - 1 sliced orange bell pepper - 1 sliced red bell pepper - 1 sliced green bell pepper - 1 sliced red onion - Avocado oil - Fajita rub of choice - Tortillas of choice Guacamole: (combine all ingredients) - 3 avocados (mashed) - 1 diced jalapeño (seeds removed) - ~1/3 cup diced red onion - ~1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro - 1 garlic glove minced - Juice of a lime - Salt & pepper to taste Honey Habanero Sour Cream: (mix all ingredients together) - 1/2 cup light sour cream - 1/2 tbsp haberno hot sauce - 1-2 tbsp honey Additional Toppings: - Cotija cheese - Chopped cilantro Note(s): Measurements are estimated; adjust ingredients to your personal preference. DIRECTIONS 1. Prepare the guacamole and honey habanero sour cream, then refrigerate until ready to serve. 2. Pat the steaks dry, coat with avocado oil and season generously on all sides with fajita rub. 3. Add the sliced peppers and onion to a large bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil, season generously with fajita rub and mix well. 4. Grill the peppers and onions over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, mixing every couple of minutes, until nicely charred. Transfer them to the drip tray to catch the steak drippings. 5. Sear the steaks over medium-high heat for about 2.5–3.5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired internal temperature. I pulled mine at around 130°F. 6. Let the steaks rest for 5–10 minutes, then thinly slice, assemble & ENJOY! 🙌🏻 • • • • • #explore #cooking #food #Foodie #fyp
