Emilie McNeely :

Genuinely thought these were boiled

Dontkallme21 :

Girl please. They been in that bowl so long they’re molding

Trina :

They aren’t ripe…😳 so they paint them to look ripe.🤔

native_peach_ :

As a parent with a red dye 40 sensitive child that also loves strawberries! They have been putting red dye 40 on the fruit for a while!!!

Yourfaveslayer :

Walmart freezes their "fresh" strawberries. They turn to jelly and smell like nothing. Disgusting.

Cordelia Sippy-Cupp :

There’s baking soda in that water and those berries were in there long enough that the baking soda reacted to the acid in the berries. It’s not witchcraft or poison. It’s science. You left them in there too long

cloud9ine.nic :

Got these for my kids from Walmart, soaked them and rinsed. I even blended some up for my 5 month old.

S :

Girl how long did you let them soak. 5 days?

Billie June :

Weren’t they selling these strawberries for like $100?? 😂

savannah hill :

girl don’t let these people be mean to you!! i washed my berries in baking soda for literally 5 minutes and the the color came off almost immediately

Nicheless :

Are these perhaps Walmart strawberries?

Caro4869 :

You guys it’s white strawberries she put food coloring in the water 😂😂😂!

its_casey2.0 :

No way!! That is nuts! This also happened when I boiled apples for the holiday smell. All the red boiled off, it’s not normal. It’s dye.

Tash :

They are dyed

Heartful Rootz :

we gotta all grow our own food for reals. everyone grow three things and trade with neighbors

Mya✨ :

I put mine in baking soda and ginger this same thing happened and on of the strawberries started to mold in the water threw the whole thing away

Wake Up 🌈 :

Fred Meyer, Walmart strawberries have been doing this. Also they go bad in like two days in the fridge

1234rg :

thank you for bringing awareness. that really is disgusting and concerning. and all those people saying it's your fault, that you did something with those strawberries, are the exact people that or government is catering for.
