@thejimmygomez: 96.5 miles. Heat topping 100 degrees. One message: Donald Trump’s inhumane treatment of immigrants must end. I joined day seven of the interfaith pilgrimage with people from across Southern California who are using their voices and their bodies to send a message. Every step calls attention to the horrors we’re seeing from ICE on our streets and inside detention centers where people have lost their lives. Thank you to the organizers, marchers, and faith communities showing up for our immigrant neighbors. No family should have to live in fear, and no one should lose their life in detention.
