when i was a kid, there was a time when i would get irritated with my mom because whenever i asked for something or wanted to go somewhere, she’d always say, “if God will allow.” i couldn’t understand why she always had to include God in everything. but now that i’ve grown older and gotten closer to God, i understand. everything i do, i seek His guidance first. i pray about every decision i make, and i’ve come to the realization that you don’t need to rush or chase things. if something isn’t meant for you, it will always be removed from your life because ultimately, it is His will that will be done. our problems won’t always be solved right away, but when you surrender them to Him, you will find peace in your heart. God is sooooo good. 🩵

As a daughter raised in church and now a mother raising my son, I’m praying for the wisdom to train him in the way he should go and also prepare him for those days of suffering and pain that I know he cannot skip.

I grow up in majority moslems family but since I can remember, I always said I am the Child of Jesus. My parents worried I will face persecution by the environment so they made me learn about Christian in secret. On my 17 bday, religion conflict arise involving my big brother and my baptism must put on hold until few years later. Now I am openly and proudly Christian and my family stay moslems but we live in harmony in the same house

Loneliness is tearing my heart and mind apart , living in a state of depression and frustration worried about how life tomorrow is going to treat me , being with no one to lean on in this situation l am in , am covered in tears and pain having stressful daylights and restless nights ,am beyond being scared and traumatized, am asking myself time to time can l find happiness and hope again in this life , l wish to have a chance of hope in my life again, hope l can talk to someone please to consolidate me 🥹🥹

Yep, grew up in a family of generational believers following Jesus deeply and although I had a surface understanding of who Jesus was all of my life, I didn’t truly understand him and have an intimate relationship with Jesus until he met me in my lowest moments in my mid 20’s. I can’t explain the presence of the Holy Spirit and how he rescued my heart from being cold and bitter. How he gave me freedom from so many traumatic experiences that could have robbed me of a fulfilling and purposeful life. He’s been so faithful🙌🏾 today at 43, I can’t even start to recall the way he’s walked by my side without getting emotional.😭 💕
