It’s also nice and quiet in my apartment. In the USA, people think it’s okay to be noisy on Friday and Saturday but th hey are actually noisy every day. So stressful

I would definitely choose Japan except for the fact that to get some type of status is very difficult if not impossible. Many countries have more options on visas and a path to residency.

I have never been there myself, but my son goes there for two months every summer, and he loves it. He works hard—while also attending school—just so he can go there every year.

I went to Japan with my 2 daughters for the first time September last year. I’ve wanted to go for over 40 years. Stayed there 3 weeks and visited many non touristy areas and cities. Never did we feel out of place or not welcomed. We were very respectful and so were locals. I loved it so much. Wish I could buy a little country house for vacations.

True. There’s no perfect place but there is a Safer place to live. One of em is 🇯🇵, Goodfood and mostly fresh. Learn Nihingo, learn culture and customs and you’ll fit in.
