Unless that device can put the spark plug under pressure it’s not a very good test because spark plugs react differently under combustion pressure

I did take a good look at these. Did you notice that the plug on the right is sparking at the base as well? It’s not making a good connection in your tester. That’s why the spark appears weaker.
