@ramblin.sunshinee: I went to Puerto Rico in March and barely posted anything about it. It was a beautiful trip, and I had some really good moments, but honestly, I was struggling. It was hard to see how much my body had changed, and I found myself in one difficult situation after another. I was depressed in a way that was really hard to explain, let alone share online. The past two months have looked a lot different. I’ve been putting in the work to take better care of myself, rebuild my confidence, and feel like me again. And I finally do. I’m healthier. I’m happier. I’m finding pieces of myself that I thought I’d lost. If you’re in a season where you don’t recognize yourself, please remember that it doesn’t have to stay that way.
