CNA isn’t a nurse. You tech don’t even need schooling to be a CNA in a lot of places. Most deal with elderly or mentally disabled. I was a CNA for 15 years. B4 going to school.

Absolutely hate some of these comments. 😭 You do need schooling to become a CNA. I just finished my program, and with everything included, I paid over $2,000. People act like becoming a CNA is nothing, and it’s honestly so degrading and very much not demure. 💀 I’m working toward getting my nursing license, and yes, CNAs are still part of the nursing family. We provide basic patient care, recognize changes in a patient’s condition, and learn basic first aid. However, there’s a difference between understanding basic care and stepping outside your scope of practice by diagnosing people. That’s not okay, and nobody should be doing that. But honestly, her comment made me sick. I would hate to have a nurse with that kind of attitude working with me. You can be educated and still be respectful. Love the video, though! ❤️
