@caileeeats: #CampbellsPartner we love a dinner that’s ready in about 10 minutes 👏 I paired the NEW @Campbell’s Soup Southwest Black Bean Protein Soup with crispy cheese quesadillas and it was such an easy weeknight dinner. The soup has 20g of protein per can, with black beans, peppers, and diced tomatoes slow-simmered in bone broth, which gives it such a delicious Southwest flavor! 🥑🫘🤤 If you’re looking for them in store, just keep an eye out for the green label in the soup aisle. Let me know if you try them! What you’ll need to make it: 2 Campbell's® Southwest Black Bean Protein Soups cilantro, optional for topping for the quesadillas 2 burrito-size tortillas spray oil freshly shredded cheddar cheese 1 avocado sliced Add the Campbell’s® Southwest Black Bean Protein Soup to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. While the soup heats, place a large skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with spray oil. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle freshly shredded cheddar cheese over one half. Add sliced avocado on top, then sprinkle with a little more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the second tortilla. Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve alongside the warm Southwest Black Bean Protein Soup.
