Chai Chee no facilities, unless they build up malls somewhere there.. All shops surrounding are very old school 1980s, number of buses travelling not frequent also

So good I prefer Bedok area Chai Chee is near to Bedok. If they have this project years back I would have buy this area rather then shifted from East to far north

Chai Chee got neighbourhood shops. Got viva business park. Very quiet. I like it is quiet. I drive past here a few times a week to go wash my car. I stay nearby. I can’t stand noisy hdb estates

i should have gotten chai chee green bto in 2022 if im not mistaken. my ballot 66/99 at step no 5. but kena kick out by HDB due malay quota full. cb
