Ectopic pregnancy, zero pain. We thought I was having a miscarriage. When my HGC levels didn’t fall all the way back to zero we did a D and C and laparoscopic surgery, what my Dr though was a cyst (on ultrasound) on my ovary, turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy that didn’t rupture. I was so very lucky!

Ectopic pregnancy with no pain. Thought I was having a miscarriage. HCG still present and holding. Tried methotrexate injection and a week later my tube burst. There were two babies.

I currently have the copper iud since last oct and i’ve had irregular bleeding however last period was only 3 days and now this period was over 10 days on and off but very very heavy and severe pain lower stomach and back a lot worse than normal? the bleeding has stopped but now it’s just light brown and pale pink. any advice? x

Yeah I didn’t know I had an ectopic pregnancy until week 8 and it ruptured and was bleeding out to death. No one told me that my cramping was out of the ordinary they said that happens when you get pregnant.

I had an ectopic that didn’t have they signs. My signs were heavily bloated and some cramping and tenderness on the affected side along with extreme nausea. Tested positive at 4 weeks and found out it was ectopic at 8 weeks. Didn’t have extreme pain but had already ruptured with no symptoms. Only way we found out was because we went in for an early ultrasound

Had an ectopic pregnancy in summer 2025 ended up losing a tube and almost going septic with pool of 🩸in my stomach from 3 doctors missing it so please get help if you have these symptoms while pregnant and advocate for yourself

Had 2 ectopic pregnancies and lost both tubes… the first one had no symptoms or risk factors and we found out at 8 weeks because of bleeding
