lol nah cause if im pissed its all over my face. any plans we had are now cancelled unless its something we cant get our money back from. I cant just turn my emotions off and on. my words may say one thing but my face will totalled say something else, so its better fir me to stay at home in my bubble of space while he stay in his bubble of space until we are both ready to talk. also keeps you from saying something you may regret.

yes respect the bond. but i disagree with the person said don’t disagree in front of kids. you have to show kids that you can have disagreements but that they can be resolved. you have to show them that repair is possible.

Some of the people in these comments have never had to furiously disagree with a coworker, and remain professional enough to talk it out and say calm, managing your anger in the moment is a skill that will bring you so much strength. Is this uncomfortable yes. I will say the danger in this, is nice guy in public = abuser in private is incredibly common.
