I have a lot of slow motility and constipation issues. If it’s hypermobility could pelvic floor issues also contribute to the chronic low back pain and hip flexor tightness I’ve been experiencing the past 6 months

If the first one, would that make the size of the stool pencil thin, at times?

I go as soon as I wake up. If I don’t I won’t use the bathroom (💩) until the next day. So I can’t start my day until I do or I’ll feel sick all day

The tight pelvic floor one I think. TMI, but I used to get….idk how to put this delicately…compliments about how “not loose” a certain area was during “special activities.” I’m sorry if this is too crude, but is that a symptom that would go along with the too tight pelvic floor??? [Embarrassed]

I got a colonoscopy done for digestive issues and even the prep was extremely delayed in clearing out the intestines. After the procedure they told me I have a mega colon (extra length, bends, and folds). They also told me there were portions that were over stretched and they said it could be pressure from scar tissue from c-section scarring. This is so interesting to me that heds would be such a major contributor to the digestive issues this the whole time 😭

have you heard of any patterns with the various meds? my chronic C cleared up for the first time in 10 years when I started LDN, for about 6-7 months. I could swear that when I added Cromolyn for MCAS that I've gone back somewhat

I'm hyper mobile, but have never had constipation until 6 months ago, at 49 years old... Slow motility is the current issue.
PS. I suffer from dysautonomia...

Is it possible to have all 3? i've had endoscopes in both ends and nothing was abnormal, but i still get horrible reflux at times and i can't produce a whole stool as if the bowel just stops moving it along and the exit muscles clench involuntarely. I've described this all in detail to all of my doctors, They just tell me to take stool softeners daily. I don't because the issue is not the consistency, it just stays in there too long. If i do take them i'll get slimy and gassy diareah and the gas propells some of it out, but i look 8 months pregnant and still feel awful and full of ...

Went to pelvic floor therapy from April to August. Had manual release sessions for a month then we learned that my transverse abdominus is super weak (autism) along with my glute meds and hamstrings. Did lots of exercises that, as always with those muscles, made me sore for 5-7 straight days. In the end, nothing significantly improved, as the constant fight or flight of autism appears to be the main culprit and that ain’t going away
