Nope, it gets split equally bc plans were changed AFTER what was booked. Everyone committed to a plan/house/price.

They either pay what they agreed upon or they don’t go at all and let somebody else take over the room. They made an agreement. They have to honor it no matter what the schedule comes to be .

I do not travel with friends. If I did, they can find their own accomodations, book their own travel, pay for their meals and entertainment. This problem is exactly why. Friendships break up over crap like this. Having everyone make their own plans stops this from happening.
